Eek! Tomorrow is D-Day for me - one more sleep until I leave for the Pick n Pay Knysna Oyster Festival. After months of planning and general excitement, I'm off to the land of oysters, bubbly and deliciousness. As I sadly can't take all of my readers with me, here's a little present for you.
I have met The Oyster King at a few events - with their leather clad men and fresh oysters shucked in front of you - they are always sure to make an impression. While they make the perfect memorable addition to any event, you can also take a king home with you. Want to know how to make the most of these ocean jewels? This article will take you through eating and tasting an oyster like a pro.

A king + 100 oysters. In your home. Who's keen?
To enter, head over to The Oyster King and my page - give them both a like. Then, simply comment on this blog post with your full name, email address and city. That simple. The winner announced 18 July and will be contacted via email.
Crack open the bubbly, friends.
