Yay! It's finally time! I with just over a month to go, I can officially share my Pick 'n Pay Knysna Oyster Festival excitement with you. I have the tough task of spending four days at the festival - eating, drinking and feasting the best Knysna has to offer. However, I understand that not everyone is able to drive up the coast to escape winter and indulge on oysters - so, we will bring the oysters to you.
To officially launch my oyster festival celebrations, I'm giving away the chance to experience 15 on Orange Hotel's famous Bottomless Bubbly lunch - valued at R990.00. Served at the beautiful 15 on Orange Hotel in Cape Town, this is not your standard Sunday lunch. Expect beef tataki, duck liver brulee, sushi and Vietnamese rice paper rolls. Add to it, gnocchi with Gorgonzola, Thai seafood curry, creamy garlic mussels - and an entire wall dedicated to desserts.
But, we are all about the oysters this month - and they have them, in buckets. Naturally, served with as much Graham Beck bubbly as you care to enjoy - get your stretchy pants out and clear your entire afternoon - this is a lunch you need to prepare for.

Comment below and tell me who you would spoil to this Sunday lunch - valued at R990.00 for two people - please include your email address so I can contact you if you have won.

ReplyDeleteI cannot believe this. For the first time I have one reason. On the 27th on June last year I met my boyfriend at a restuarant in town. I was with a friend and the restuarant we chose was a bit quite and he suggested that we go to 15onorange for drinks since we didnt look like we wanted to go home. He offered to drop us there and go home. Did I mention that he didnt ask for my no and it was by chance that we met again. We are celebrating a year since we ment this month and it would be great to go back to hwere it all began. zimkhitha.sulelo@gmail.com

ReplyDeleteI would treat my brother and his wonderful girlfriend. I lost my wallet when I went to visit and was devastated, but without hesitation, they treated me to a weekend of nights on the town, super, pick nicks, and never asked for anything in return. I am not very flush in the money department and would love to offer the two of them the lunch as a thank you for being such awesome people. .
