While I'm feasting and dining at the Pick n Pay Knysna Oyster Festival, I'll be based at Knysna Hollow Country Estate. Set on a secluded estate near Knysna's Lagoon, I can't imagine a more beautiful base for my culinary adventures.
Accommodating up to 158 guests, it is a sprawling country estate set over a lush two hectares. With a pub, restaurant and beautiful outdoor areas, I can see myself happily spending a quiet hour or two exploring and enjoying the quiet.

A true country estate, I'm looking forward to enjoying a glass of wine next to a roaring fire, snuggling under a queen sized duvet and lazing in a steaming bubble bath - my ultimate away-from-home treat. They also have anorganic herb garden, complete with compost-producing, organic
worm-house- which I'll definitely be visiting.
Oh, and free wi-fi. Bliss for this social media addict. See you soon, Knysna.

We had a dinner date there last July and the food was great! It's a beautiful little hideaway. Enjoy!
